Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All subscription payments made to Sell-Ezy are strictly non-refundable. By completing your payment and activating your plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued under any standard circumstance.


2. Prepaid Subscription

All plans on Sell-Ezy are prepaid and activated immediately upon payment.

Since access to the platform, CRM, and associated tools is granted instantly upon payment confirmation, refunds will not be applicable once the subscription is activated.


3. Free Trial

Sell-Ezy offers a 7-day free trial to allow merchants to evaluate the platform before making any payment.

We strongly encourage all users to fully explore the platform during the trial period before upgrading to a paid plan.

No refund request will be entertained on the grounds that the platform did not meet expectations, as a free trial is provided prior to any payment.


4. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the new plan amount is charged in full on the day of the upgrade.

The previous plan is terminated immediately with no pro-rata refund for unused days.

Upgrade payments are non-refundable once processed.


5. Accidental or Duplicate Payments

In the event of a proven duplicate payment (same plan charged more than once due to a technical error), Sell-Ezy will investigate the transaction and issue a refund or credit for the duplicate charge within 7–10 business days.

Accidental payment claims must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof of payment.

Sell-Ezy reserves the right to verify and validate all such claims before processing any refund.


6. Service Outage or Platform Failure

In the rare event of a major platform outage or service failure directly attributable to Sell-Ezy, affected merchants may be eligible for a service credit toward their next billing cycle.

The value and eligibility of such credits are at the sole discretion of DigitIn Technologies.

Service credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash.


7. Account Termination by User

If you choose to terminate your account before the end of your active billing cycle, no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the plan.

Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current paid period, after which the account will be closed.


8. Account Suspension Due to Policy Violation

If your account is suspended or terminated by Sell-Ezy due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.


9. Chargeback Policy

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Sell-Ezy support is considered a violation of these terms.

Sell-Ezy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback attempts.

All legitimate concerns must be raised directly with our support team at [email protected] before escalating to your payment provider.

11. Changes to This Policy

Sell-Ezy reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
